  13 minutes and 30 seconds. The manager nick eventually came and got the drink wrong and redid it. He tried to offer me a cookie for the inconvenience but i was too irritated to take it. 13 minutes for a 1 drink this broke my heart nobody looked at me or asked to help me for 10 minutes as i stood there. I wish Chick-fil-A was how I remembered it

  Just wanted to quickly shout out this Chick-Fil-A for being super understanding and helpful today! I have a gluten intolerance and forgot to add the gluten-free bun when placing my order and they quickly fixed it up for me and assured me it was no issue even though I felt terrible about it! Food from here is always delicious and the gluten-free bun here is one of the best!

  Do NOT visit this location - they literally get our order wrong or somehow inconvenience us EVERY time we have ordered from here over the last few months. Our last 2 orders were fully missing parts of the order or the order was just completely incorrect (forgot ice cream with our kids meal, gave us a plain sandwich NO TOPPINGS instead of deluxe meal that we paid extra for, etc). And the only way to resolve multiple issues within 1 order is to call the exact location or visit it in person - NO online way to resolve more than one issue per order. Today we placed a carry out order (since we had to work immediately after eating), and arrived in the store within only 1-3 mins of the order showing as “complete” in the app. It wasn’t on the shelf, and no employees acknowledged us waiting at the counter, so we had to grab their attention to ask where the order was. They made us show confirmation of our order to confirm that we actually placed it, THEN made us wait an additional 10 mins claiming that someone else must’ve taken our order from the shelf - with no additional apology or compensation offered. We’re now almost late to work AND the order we received was STILL wrong after all of this (did not include toppings that we added on). Will not be giving ANY more money to Chick-Fil-A anytime soon. There’s a PDQ literally right across the street, and betting it’ll be a better option for anyone wanting chicken in this area.

  For the most part our experience at this location has been good, the only drawback is the lot. If there were a way to exit (and turn right) onto Orange Ave. from the lot, it could reduce the traffic on the property when it comes to mobile order pickups, and dine-in staff. Believe it or not, that's one of the main reasons we don't go to this location more often.
