  We frequent this Chick-fil-A location at least once a week. I ordered my usual breakfast through the drive-thru, a chicken burrito and a small drink, and requested both the spicy jalapeño salsa that comes with it and a creamy salsa, as I’ve always done. At the window, I was told I could have one sauce or the other, but not both. I had already ordered, waited in the drive-thru line, and paid in the app, so being told this now at the window was frustrating and ridiculous. When I offered to pay for the ONE extra sauce, I was told that I couldn’t. Not that it cost extra, just that they wouldn’t sell the sauce to me. I requested to speak to a manager because the policy was not communicated upfront. The manager attempted to turn it into a stand-off. Refusing a simple request when the customer offers to pay extra for the accommodation is so unnecessary and obtuse. I asked them to provide my order as paid, but won’t be returning for breakfast. This was a completely unnecessary situation over something that should have taken seconds to fix.

  Food was good per just like any other chick fil a but getting into the establishment was an absolute nightmare. The drive through line was out of the whole parking lot and it took 5 minutes of sitting in line to even park. Employees were nice but really slow and I got ignored a couple of times trying to get a refill. Seems like there’s an excessive amount of employees and doesn’t make sense why there was such a hold up.

  Drive thru was inefficient. Told us to pull through and wait in a parking spot and left us waiting there 20 minutes. Recommend not driving ahead without your food. The food was ready the whole time btw I had to walk get out of the car and walk to the counter and they handed it to me then.

  very inconsiderate employees here I am a delivery driver and I have been to many many many restaurants and fast food establishments but never have I been to one where you are treated like such an inconvenience as this location here they have their specific pickup and delivery window and employees avoid it like the plague and then once they finally come over to handle your order they are just inconsiderate not to mention if you ask for a drink they cannot give you one even if you have to wait for your order at any other fast food or even small restaurants Mom and pop's locations if your order is not ready when you arrive you are offered a drink at the minimum at this location you have to ask and the only thing they want to give you is water Even though the order is supposed to be ready when you arrive you should be able to walk and grab the order and go we are not paid to wait around for orders and most of the time the order is ready it is just sitting not put any bag yet not to mention the parking and the drive-thru flow around the building is absolutely atrocious delivery drivers have to park out in the parking for the rest of the mall if they have any chance of getting in and out when they get to their car and even if you do park in the parking lot of the whole mall then you still have people going to and call me out of the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A messing the whole flow of everything up this location I dread anytime I get a order from there I dread the way that we will be treated and I dread how long it will take to get the food and how long it will take to get in and out of the parking lot horrible experience all around every single time I get a order from there

  This Chick-fil-A is phenomenal. I came here with a large group 48 passengers and as a bus driver usually, I have to go eat somewhere else and let the group order at the restaurant and this was not the case. I walked in and spent only four minutes in the line and received my order quickly great customer service even under the pressure. When I eat outside I was even expecting the drive-through to be wrapped around the building and it wasn’t it was moving. I’m just blown away at the extraordinary service. I got from each individual from start to finish your team is amazing and is was such a pleasure dinning at this restaurant and seeing how everyone works as a team! Thanks again!!
