- EAEva AlexisApr 3, 20261.0I was going through the drive-through but my car started overheating so I had to get out the line to wait for the car to cool off in one of the parking spaces. I eventually started to doze off when I realized that their workers were hovering around my car and investigating without approaching me to ask if things were ok. Once I got back in the line I noticed the police heading in the direction I was previously. When I finally made it to window I asked the cashier “was that police car for me?” And she had the nerve to tell me “maybe”. I went back towards the parking spots to see the police car parked where I originally was. If that isn’t racial profiling at its finest, I was disgusted! No one asked any questions or gave me the courteous to make sure things were ok before calling the police on me for doing absolutely nothing illegal! Also my fries were cold and half full, and my sauces were missing. Im leaving this review as I am appalled by this Chick-fil-A. This experience was worst then my worst McDonald experience and I am very disappointed in your company. I truly believed customer service were you guys priority but I was utterly wrong.

- TDTaylor DitmerMar 6, 20262.0I’m unsure what happened to this location, but the last three times items have been left forgotten in our drive through order. The first time was just a medium fry, the second time an order of chicken nuggets, and the third time was an order of chicken nuggets and two orders of fries. It wasn’t noticed until we were home, and we then double checked the receipt to make sure it was rang in which they always were. In addition, the large fries from this location never seem to be filled all the way up.
