  This is the closest cfa and if I’m coming here i need to account for the extra 30 minutes it takes to get my food. I’ve never been to a slower chick fil a EVER. Parking lot was overfilled ;as it always is) and I was in line for 20 minutes!!! Honestly we more but I’m rounding down. It’s insane how long it takes to get food here so if you can pick a different chick fil a then i would or leave 30 minutes before you think you SHOULD be leaving. not my mention my grilled nuggets were so small. $10 for the smallest nuggets I’ve ever seen. I know it’s not the staff’s fault, but the wait and sometimes portion are an absolute killer.

  Food was fantastic! This is the ONLY good Chick-Fil-A in the UCF area. Everyone was super friendly and cheerful but Austin (young gentlewas super patient with me as I asked some specific questions about my coupon even though it was super busy. Andrew was really nice when he handed me My order. He told me he likes my car and that really cheered me up on an otherwise stressful day. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10!

  The restaurant experience I had recently was quite enjoyable overall. The food was undeniably delicious, with flavors that were vibrant and satisfying from the very first bite. The menu offered a variety of options, and everything I tried was both fresh and flavorful, leaving me looking forward to my next visit. The service, while decent, reflected the casual and relaxed atmosphere of the establishment. It was handled mostly by teenagers who seemed to be working the typical part-time gig, taking orders and managing tables in a friendly but slightly unpolished way. While there were occasional moments of inexperience, such as a delayed check-in or needing to repeat an order, the servers generally made up for it with genuine smiles and an approachable attitude. In a way, their youthful energy and effort added to the charm of the evening, creating a laid-back dining vibe. Overall, I left the restaurant feeling satisfied with both the meal and the experience. Though the service wasn’t perfect, the great taste of the food and the casual ambiance made it a worthwhile visit for anyone looking for a relaxed night out with enjoyable flavors.

  Another great experience with my visit today. The boys at the window were very kind, and went the xtra mile to make sure I got plenty of sauce, and things of that nature. Additionally they were moving the line very quickly, and efficiently. I don’t remember their names, but I hope they are in the drive through next time I visit.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chick-fil-A for many years, but my recent experience was honestly disappointing. The chicken patty was small it didn’t even cover the bun, and my ‘Large’ fries were barely filled, more like a medium portion. To top it off, the meal-sized Cobb salad was not only halfway full, and as usual, the crispy red peppers were missing. I’m not sure if this is due to inflation or a recent change in management, but the quality and portions have significantly dropped. I am still giving 3 stars because I really love this store and hope they can get back to the high standards I used to enjoy.
