The service, which is supposed to be their strong point, felt rushed and impersonal this time—like they were more focused on moving the line than actually getting the order right. The food was even more disappointing. The chicken was dry, the fries were barely warm, and everything tasted like it had been sitting way too long. For the price, you’d expect something fresh and consistent, but this felt like a complete miss. It’s frustrating because they’re known for quality, but this visit didn’t live up to that reputation at all. Definitely not worth the wait or the money.
