  On the line to order with only one customer on the line, JASON was extremely rude while taking up our order, never asked what we wanted and continued taking up from a card when explaining that to him twice, he continued taking up without confirming if this is what we wanted in our bowl. He threw his hands up in the air, grumbling and walked off. Left us standing there by ourselves. Very poor customer service if YOU DON’T want to be to work then DO NOT go in SIMPLE! That was 6 orders missed out on this location & our first time wanting to try, we walked away with a horrible experience and NO food! Jason most definitely needs some assistance with handling customers.

  First and second time back to back now my stomach feels horrible like I have the bug I didn’t eat anything but cava both days now I feel so sick 🤒

  Very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a bowl with power greens only, the server(heavy set black man, dirty shirt on while serving food) gave me 5 leaves of lettus, I asked for more lettus the server said thats the portion and more lettus is extra. I have eaten cava for years, same location. They use a small measuring spoon to scoop the meat and will take meat out of the bowl if they believe its too much. My daughter asked for lettus on her bowl and was informed romaine was extra on the bowl. Definitely lost a customer, I will inform ALL my coworkers to not go to this location nor support. I highly advise against wasting your hard earned money at this location. I ended up not getting the bowl due to the way I was being spoken to, the server then walks over to the manager with the bowl under his mouth, whispering in the manager’s ear while spitting all in the bowl. I am pretty sure they dumped all that stuff back to resell to other customers.

  5 ⭐️ CAVA never disappoints! We tried the Tangerine Aleppo juice, Steak & Feta pita, and the Harissa Avocado bowl. Everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The juice tasted like it was made right in-house (because it was!) and was such a refreshing standout. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of our go-to spots for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal!

  Will not be back. I tried Cava for the first time 2 weeks ago and was very happy with the food and taste, so I decided to have it again a couple days later. Picked up a Togo bowl on my lunch break and got back to work only to see the sweet potatoes I paid extra for and both sauces were left out. Contacted Cava and they gave me a free bowl. I decided to go back today and claim my free bowl. I ordered online and went to pick up. I think her name was Gisela at the front counter. It took 5 minutes of me trying to get her attention for her to look at me. I don’t know if she hit the bowl or vape a little too hard but she had the head and body movement of a sloth. Barely going. Then she looked at me so confused and like she was higher than a kite. Finally got my order, albeit late, didn’t have time to do anything but run out there because I was late. Finally get to open my bowl and what do you know - No broccoli, no 2 scoops of hummus and no scoop of eggplant. That’s it for me. I’ll continue being loyal to Fresh Kitchen and will never be back to Cava
