    I was so excited to hear about this cava opening and have dined 4 times. Each time has gotten worse - which has ultimately led to me writing this review. Even after my first two meals here were nearly inedible because of the amount of salt added, I still gave this location another chance. Today I ordered a kids meal. Picked up my meal only to find that half of what I ordered was missing. There’s no way on the app for the location to let you know they are out of something - nor do they tell you when you pick it up. I asked for my order to be remade since half of it was missing. After they remade it, they still got it wrong. Asked for them to remake it again since items were still missing and they made it wrong for a third time. I originally ordered a kids meal with the pita bread and then paid extra for a side of pita chips. After they remade it a second time I gave up and just took what they gave me.

    I had a disappointing experience at CAVA. I ordered a falafel bowl and a pita wrap. For the bowl, I wanted half falafel and half roasted vegetables, but I was told the falafel would take about 5 minutes and there were just little bits of the roasted vegetables available. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked for an update and found out they hadn’t even started making the falafel yet. The pita wrap was a separate item in my order, but it was poorly assembled—everything kept falling out, making it very difficult to eat. They also missed the pita that comes with every order even though we reminded them and they confirmed it came with the order. Overall, the inaccurate wait time, lack of available ingredients, and poor food preparation made for a frustrating experience.

    Jose is such a genuine and caring employee of Cava. He noticed that I was struggling getting to my favorite restaurant using a walker, due to my injury. Jose proceeded to temporarily halt traffic so that I was able to cross the street and walk into Cava at a safe and comfortable pace. After ordering, Jose then brought my meal to the table I wanted to be seated at, and filled my drink up. Provided straws and napkins. Jose is the definition of excellent service! Thank you Jose! And thanks to all Cava Crew!

    I go to CAVA locations regularly, and this location was by far the most disappointing because of how cheap they were with the portions. It wasn’t just one item it was everything. Very little rice, very little protein, barely any corn, and small amounts of every topping across the bowl. Compared to every other CAVA I’ve visited, where the bowls are full, balanced, and worth the price, this location felt like they were intentionally cutting corners on every single ingredient. Paying the same price for a bowl that comes out half-filled is unacceptable, especially when other CAVA locations are known for generous and consistent portions. The difference was so noticeable that I’d honestly rather drive 30 minutes to another location than come back here. This location is the closest one to my house, so I really wanted it to be good, but the portion sizes made the experience feel cheap and not worth the money at all. I truly hope the owner or franchise manager sees this and corrects the issue, because customers should get the same quality and quantity CAVA is known for at every location.

    Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all. Customers are allowed to occupy tables before even purchasing their food, essentially “reserving” them, which takes away the opportunity for paying customers to sit down and enjoy their meal. After I paid for my food, I went to find a seat and noticed several tables taken by people who hadn’t even received their food yet, while others—like me—were standing with trays in hand waiting to sit. That is simply not right. Tables should be for customers who already have their food and are ready to eat. I approached a table and politely spoke to a man sitting there. He told me his wife was still ordering, and I responded that I already had my food. At that point, an employee came over. Instead of supporting the person who had already paid and was ready to eat, she sided with the man who was holding the table without any food. The situation escalated when the man became disrespectful and even grabbed my tray, which led to an unnecessary confrontation. What was most disappointing is that the employee did nothing to correct this behavior and still took his side. I felt disrespected and, honestly, discriminated against. It seemed like I was treated unfairly, possibly because I am Latino while he was white. That made the whole experience even worse. This is unacceptable customer service and a clear lack of proper management. I strongly do not recommend this place. I hope the owners become aware of this situation and take action to prevent this from happening to others.
