  We had a delicious dinner at Carrarbba’s on International Dr in Orlando. Our waiter was Dreamer (yes that’s his real name) was the best waiter and so attentive, he couldn’t have been nicer. If you have a chance, stop in and see Dreamer and the wonderful staff at Carrabba’s on International Dr in Orlando!

  I absolutely loved my experience at Carrabba’s! The service was outstanding—Valentin was an amazing waiter, very attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious; I had the Chicken Maria and it was incredible. The bread was also super fresh and tasted amazing.

  The hostess at the International Drive Orlando location would be better suited to back of the house tasks. We attempted to dine here and were rudely told to wait and were then told it would be 15 minutes. I understand being understaffed but there were a maximum of five seated tables in the entire restaurant and patio at 1:00 during spring break. We decided to go elsewhere when we heard the hostess rudely respond to another customer.

  The food is always delicious! The service was not good. We asked our wait person to bring us bread & she just forgot about us until we were finished. She didnt check on us the entire time. I was very disappointed. We sat outside on the patio. Atmosphere would have been nice except it was evening & we were sat at the only table with a bright white light over us. As it got darker we felt as if we were under a spotlight. I was waiting for detectives to bust in & interrogate us. Lol. Not very romantic. I love Carrabbas but I was very dissapointed.

  Food was awful…my daughter wanted the spaghetti and meatballs but ended up having a blue rubber band cooked into her meatball….and only noticed when she bit into it….this is horrific not knowing how or why the rubber band was in there…the manager Ashley came over to address my family and I and to apologize, and that it supposedly happened when the cooks were rolling the meatballs but an apology does not make it right and neither does taking a few dollars off of our total. And on top of that we were told upon walking into the restaurant that my two year old had to be taken out of her stroller because strollers were not allowed, however my family and i witnessed another family seated with their child in a stroller, when we asked why we were treated differently and not allowed to have our stroller the lady could only once again apologize and say she didn’t know why we were told that. As a black family who is visiting from out of town and travelled 9 hours to Florida for vacation we definitely felt our race was a part of why we were treated differently than others. This is unacceptable and I will be taking the proper actions to be sure no other family has to go through what my family and I experienced. This was the worst experience and dining we have ever had. Do not eat here..you will be disappointed!
