  I stopped in for a late lunch. The place was mildly busy as people were watching the tv screens at the different sports. Our server, Nichole was the highlight of our visit. She was so full of energy and she seemed happy. She explained the specials and gave us all the time and attention we needed. She frequently checked in on her tables and kept the glasses filled. “Nikki” was awesome!!!!!

  They took forever to hand out our drinks and food normally they give drinks way before your food we basically got our drinks as we got our food and also forgot to serve one of the portions and two drinks

  Nicole is truly such a great server! I recently got seaworld tickets and this bw is a god send! Nicole is such an angel and met all of our needs tenfold! I’ll be coming in more often for her and Riley! They are truly the best. Give my girls raises immediately!! Those two have to be the best servers in the restaurant hands down!

  We regularly use our local BWWs (not this one) as our easy night for Dinner. We order the same thing and it's great every time. While in town we ordered from this one on I-Drive and upon pick up we could see the Tater Tots were burnt and looked gross (either way overcooked or bad oil). I immediately mentioned they looked burnt. The girl working the front asked if I wanted her to make new. I said I will check but I doubt anyone in my family will eat these. I go and confirm that yes we want new. The manager comes over and asks to see them. She looked visibly annoyed when I ask them to make new. No apology, just irritated expressions as they tell me to they'll let me know when the new ones are done. We get the food home and realize the Boneless Wings were also burnt but we didn't realize because you couldn't see through the sauces on them. So now we have Tater Tots for dinner with our Cold / Burnt Boneless Wings. We love BWWs but will Not be going back to a place that not only burns the food, but also gives attitude and annoyed expressions. Not worth it and we are sure the others in town are worth the drive.
