  I had high expectations for this place, but nothing special first time ordering from them. I got the lasagna. It looked good in the picture but tasted just like Stouffer‘s lasagna nothing special about it at all. I’ve had better. I feel like Olive Garden or Carrabba‘s would’ve been better. I also got a meatball. The meatball wasn’t bad and garlic bread with it.

  Very disappointed with customer service here . I have Been in this industry for 8 years plus and the gratitude just wasn’t here tonight. As I watched not just me cancel an order but multiple customers. I walked in to pick up a Togo an didn’t receive any respect from the employees here. I stood at the host stand for 17 minutes for Sean to finally approach me ask me the name of the order and goes to check on it, and then walks back through the hallway to the host stand talking to another employee about non work related things. To come back and ask me what the name was again . Then goes back and when he comes back the second time still no update on my order just continues to help others. When I ask him after he was done helping everyone else i said sir so how much longer for my order ? He told me “I don’t know this is a restaurant “ I was stunned and shocked. 30 minutes in to order being placed an hour prior for 2 spaghetti and meatballs dinners was outrageous. There was a taller older man with a beard that came to talk to me and he was raising his voice telling me that there are other people in line and was agreeing with his coworker that it was a restaurant. All this back fire for asking about a wait time when it should’ve been communicated in the first place. I watched another scenario during my sitting and waiting where the general manager came out to approach a man that had waited over 45 minutes for a Togo and would like a refund got told that it would take a long time to process with corporate with a inappropriate tone. He had to leave without his refund….This restaurant doesn’t have good manners or customer service and its supposed to be a higher class “restaurant “.

  I just wanna say how amazing Zac was! We were in the pope room with our big party and he took excellent care of us! He’s super awesome and made everyone happy! Props to Chris the manager aswell! He was amazing too! EVERYONE MAKE SURE TO SHOW UP TO BUCA IN ORLANDO AT THE FLORIDA MALL! 👍🏼👍🏼🎉

  Was a wonderful scenery and experience. The food is always delicious and made with love, this place is definitely worth the money, I personally love the raviolis and their meatballs (meatballs are huge) the flavorsome meals are delectable on the palate making that second bite mouthwatering experience. Absolutely would go again and again, you are guaranteed to be stuffed after dinning.
