  My mom and I have always enjoyed dining at Bonefish Grill, which is why our last two visits have been especially disappointing. During our prior visit, my mom ordered the pork chop, and when it was served, the center was significantly undercooked. It was concerning enough that even our server acknowledged it. Because the rest of that experience was positive, we chose to view it as an isolated issue and decided to return. Unfortunately, our most recent visit did not meet expectations. Although we had a reservation and were seated promptly, the experience felt disorganized from the start. After being seated, we waited 17 minutes before being acknowledged. When someone did approach us, it was not our assigned server; they explained there had been a miscommunication and brought us drinks while locating the correct server. After an additional 10 minutes, our server came to the table. While our order was taken accurately and the food itself was satisfactory, the overall service remained lacking. We did not receive any drink refills throughout the meal, and by the time our server checked back in, I had opted to request a beverage to-go. When we asked for boxes, there was a noticeable delay as our server became occupied with other tasks, and we at one point just watched him zone out entirely. While I understand that staffing or communication challenges can occur, we felt largely overlooked during our visit. No manager checked in with us at any point, which has been a standard part of our previous experiences at this location. Both of us experienced stomach issues the following day, and this meal was the only food we had in common. Given the consistency of these issues across our last two visits, this experience did not reflect the level of service or quality we have come to expect, and it has made us hesitant to return.

  You know, I always come here and forget to take pictures, lol. At least I remembered dessert (strawberry caramel cheesecake, HIGHLY recommend!!) Anyway, fantastic meal as usual and Aaliyah was one of the friendliest servers my wife and I have ever had. 5 stars definitely to her as well!!

  We called Bonefish looking for a place to have a celebration of life for my mom. We spoke to the manager, Josh, and he was exceptional. During a time that was so difficult, Josh made the arrangements at Bonefish incredibly simple. Even though our group was small, he treated us like we were his top priority. The food was served quickly and everything was delicious. Our guests had nothing but good things to say and it truly turned the gathering into a celebration of life

  We absolutely love coming here. We come weekly for the Martini Mondays and it has become one of our favorite traditions. The staff around the bar area is phenomenal and very attentive. Food is always great and hot and the $5 martinis and margs on Monday's can’t be beat! We love WL Bonefish!

  Sat at the bar with Al and Grace, had a fabulous early dinner. They were attentive, easy to chat with, and made it a wonderful experience. Al recommended some drinks and even gave me samples of wines to try out. Definitely would come back during happy hour to have a chill vibe!
