  Encontramos un cabello en la comida, se lo dijimos al mesero y desde ahí nos trataron de lo peor; retiraron la comida con una aptitud muy mala, no se disculparon o dieron explicaciones por la comida. Se les borró el trato cordial y alegría del inicio. Muy mal lugar la verdad. A cualquiera le puede pasar algo así pero su trato después fue lo peor la verdad

  We went to celebrate my daughter 25th birthday, we had Ms. Valerie G has a server she was so wonderful and concerned about our daughter having a great time with all her friends celebrating her birthday. Amazing customer service very professional and team work staff. Highly recommend !!!

  I didn’t have a drink but the chips and salsa provided for the table was delicious and authentic. Brings me back to California, I appreciate that. I will be trying the tacos next time for sure just need a taco Tuesday menu! 🌮

  As long-standing Orlando residents and patrons of Azteca, including prior to the opening of the Lake Nona location, we were disappointed with our recent visit to the Lake Nona establishment. The service fell short of expectations, with our server being inattentive and unfriendly. Furthermore, we observed a notable reduction in the portion size of the queso, accompanied by an increase in price. Regrettably, my enchiladas arrived ice cold, with not even the plate warmed. After a considerable wait of 10 minutes, we managed to get the server's attention to report the issue. Surprisingly, she failed to offer an apology, instead querying what corrective action I desired. Having wanted my meal to be served hot, I was pleased when she brought out a replacement dish, which was satisfactory. Given this experience, we will reconsider before dining at this location again.
