  employee at the window was very nice and awesome sauce ! fast food service is not for the weak and she was killin it. made me genuinely joyful to have positive human interaction letssss gooooo

  i came through the drive thru and the lady at the speaker already rude, i let it slide it’s late but then i get to the window she doesn’t say a word and just hands me my food. now the food is another thing why the hell my quesadilla wet? that doesn’t make no sense and then she wanna put no ice in my drink like ik you have to press that fill up button twice to even do that and i don’t understand why she would even do that. i come to this taco bell enough to recognize her and every single time i come through she’s rude beyond belief. it’s honestly appalling how you can be that ridiculously uncaring. like bare minimum put ice in my drink it literally takes longer to make it without ice. tall skinny white lady with ginger hair, smh

  I got a chicken and cheese quesadilla and two of the “slices” had nothing in them and the rest of it had barely anything it wasn’t cut either, the women working the drive through was incredibly sweet and respectful but whoever made the food just didn’t do it up to fast food par which isn’t very high, at least cut it and put more chicken and cheese because at that point it was just straight tortilla.

  Cashier Simani D was EXTREMELY RUDE while completing my order #25945 today; April 14, 2026 at 4:43 p.m. My husband and I order take out from this particular restaurant twice a month; every other Tuesday and I have never had a bad experience. Today, after placing my order via the intercom the cashier said pull forward. I pulled forward, rolled down my window with my money in my hand waiting for her to tell me the total. She was taking the next customer's order so I rolled up my window so I could limit the pollen from entering my car. I was watching her the entire time. When she turned in my direction, I opened the window. She said $20.40. I gave her the exact change and rolled up my window. She said, I'm about to give you your drinks, but she didn't have the drinks in her hand. It only takes 2 seconds to roll down the window so I waited for her to get the drinks. She walked away. When she returned, I rolled down the window and she yelled "ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR ORDER"? She proceeded to shove the drinks in my hand and basically tossed the boxes to me. I responded, may I have my receipt. She gave me my receipt and I said I will report your rude behavior. I will definitely think twice before returning to this location.
