  Noticed they stopped filling the cups up all the way. Very slow service and we ordered only drinks.

  Service was very slow and the lady came out to hand me my food and said sorry for the wait then when I get home to hand my wife her food I realized we didn’t get all of our food and that pissed me off and I also tipped them when I paid for the food so I called and nobody will answer the phone.. hopefully when they see this review they will double check to make sure their customers get all the food they paid for….

  Ryan went above and beyond taking care of us. There was a mix-up with our order—our breakfast burrito ended up placed on top of the chili cheese coney—but it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Even after having to make multiple trips, Ryan stayed positive and made sure everything was corrected. I’ve been coming to this Sonic for years, and it’s great to see the level of care and effort being put back into this location. Big credit to the team—hopefully it continues getting back to what it used to be.

  A small order of 2 milkshakes took 20 minutes, was half melted when it came out, and was the wrong flavor. The place wasn't even busy either; there were only 3 cars in the parking lot.
