Probably the worst drive thru experience we’ve ever had. After paying for our food, we were told to pull forward and wait. After 30 minutes waiting, we pulled back to the drive thru to see what was taking so long. They told us they were cleaning the grill and our food would be fresh. When we finally got our food, all the food was cold (burgers, fries, and wrap) and chicken was dry. We tried calling twice about the experience and was hung up on both times. Horrible customer service!

my man and I ordered breakfast through the drive thru, #4 a maple butter chicken croissant meal with potato wedges and coffee everything was delicious so yummy. this is an absolute favorite treat for breakfast. it was enough for us to share a quick bite together.

This is by far the worst food establishment of any kind that I’ve ever been into in my life. As I was walking inside towards the register, a young boy that was standing at the register, looked at me and then ran away to go stand next to another employee. That makes perfect sense as a customer is walking through the door to go run away and hide. He turned his back to me and the girl he was talking to also had her back to me. I said, excuse me three times he looked from the corner of his eye and proceeded to ignore me some more. I’m sorry but I thought the point of hiring somebody was for them to work to some extent, but apparently not. Finally, a girl that was sweeping up in the dining area said front counter they continued to ignore me so guess what I did?… I walked out. By no means am I expecting a five star service from Wendy’s but it would be nice to be acknowledged so I could place an order but apparently it’s too much for some of these employees to handle basic duties of working. Considering the other reviews, I am far from crazy and I wish nothing but the worst for this location. I hope it gets shut down permanently or every single person in there gets fired and they actually put people in there that will at least be willing to take somebody’s order. And I will be calling corporate and reporting this location directly because something needs to be done about it. trust me there are enough Wendy’s locations around this one is nothing but a problem and it needs to go

Went there about 630 and reveived the oldest hardest burger I've ever been served. I took 2 bites and gave it to the dog. But those 2 bites were still enough to have me throwing up all the next day. I won't be eating here again
