I ordered a mobile order went through the drive through and received my order. As I eat my food I notice that it is a long piece of red hair in my food. I brought the food back and the manager proceeded to tell me to go online to the help desk because he can’t offer refunds for mobile orders. I did just that and still haven’t received my refund for the order.

Usual wendys food but pulled me forwards because they were "waiting on fries". i proceeded to wait 15+ minutes watching 4+cars get served only to bw greeted by a nice employee who had a different order pulled in their hands. Then saw someone stick a bucket out the window and clank it on the ground 5 times? Maybe if you were concerned with your window times you should focus on having food ready for customers consistantly. Just my opinion. Also they gave our food to someone else ? the blonde guy running food was super nice and tried to make it right but no one was helping him

Had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s and will probably never come back , customer service was terrible, gave me a burger with a rock hard bun , messed up my entire order and they where very rude about it , definitely recommend going anywhere else
