  This is quite possibly the slowest fast food place. Who wants to wait 15 mins for fast food tacos that are cold and falling a part because they are so slow. It does not matter if you are the only car or if the is five cars, it takes forever.

  I did an Uber Eats order and it was a saved order from Sunday. When i received the order, i had asked for No cheese, no sour cream. I have dietary issues and that’s why my order is different. I called the location and was told if I wanted my order correct, then i need to drive to the location for a remake of food. Sick at home, that’s why i ordered delivery. Then Uber Eats out of their generous pockets, they refunded a whole $2. Never will ai purchase from this location or use uber Eats!!!!! I had to throw the food away. The person I spoke to on phone was rude and condescending.

  This Taco Bell (near Publix at Blanding and Cleveland) is the ONLY ONE in the OP / Westside area that 'gets it right'!!! Writing as a gig delivery driver with over 1000 deliveries , I consistently observe and experience that this TB is properly staffed so as to get food orders out in time. Even better, staff members are helpful, positive and kind to delivery drivers. The other area TB stores are often excruciatingly slow, short handed with poor staff attitudes, so much so that I rarely accept delivery orders from them - I have been burned too many times with 10+ minute waits and botched orders. Please keep up the good work - it makes a huge difference and is greatly appreciated!

  Well never go there again. Trash on table and no one cares to clean. Garage box was open where you don't feel like eating at all. You place an order and have to wait and ask for food. Joanna the lady will make you wait for food till you give a review. She told me to review first "Tell the bell" store. Horrible customer service

  So Darshayla was quite rude when I asked for a few more sauces to go in the bag. She told me that I would have to deduct something off of my order , in order for me to get the few extra sauces. I have never heard that before and I used to work at Taco Bell. She gave us a really hard time over this matter and I really don't understand it, honestly. Instead of giving me what I wanted and what I asked for politely she decided to give me a really hard time ober sauce? Anyways I hope one of you higher-ups see this is not how you treat your customers especially your regulars.
