Had to wait in a long freaking drive-thru line only for them to tell me to go to the front doors to pick up my order so after waiting twice as long I'm inside standing there the only customer waiting and nobody seemed to care. After a couple minutes somebody came over and asked if I'd been helped just seems kind of stupid to lock two of the three doors and then tell a customer who had to wait in the Drive-Thru that they couldn't pick the order up through the drive-thru and had to go into the doors that were unlocked. Perhaps a note on the side doors saying use the front door would alleviate a lot of these issues or here's another idea just hand the freaking paid order through the window. Small issue but it cost me 10 minutes of waiting why the food was getting cold

So he basically lied to me about the register having problems. I guess he just didn't want to work
