    Got 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and an order of the parmesean breadsticks. Breads ticks were burnt and not soft and the pizza was the same way. I love papa johns but this order was really horrible!!!

    The manager made it right but there was no one in the store. I called out many times finally went in and got my pizza. I didn’t know my husband had ordered a drink so we didn’t get that. To be fair he did make it right and willingly.

    I order here quite often and the fact that I call to complain about my pizza not having any alfredo sauce on it and the person who answered the phone wants to argue with me saying she did but refused for me to bring it in for proof. Here is the proof. Do better. Just a simple apology and a redue would of been better than what I recieved
