  My partner ordered a ribeye and I ordered their new chicken sandwich. The ribeye had a lot of fat on it and was chewy so my partner really didn't enjoy it, which was extremely disappointing since it is so expensive. Their chicken sandwich was spicy, which I didn't expect and had a similar flavor profile to a McDonald's spicy McChicken, which was a lil weird and disappointing since I thought it would be more high end. There were also parts of the chicken that weren't as juicy as I would have hoped and I would have liked more ranch, which would have helped compensate for that. The atmosphere is relatively standard for a restaurant. The service was alright, not great but not bad. Their strawberry lemonade was also a let down as it didn't have a strong flavor to it. It was very mild.

  The worse experience ever! Food seemed to have been old. Order a burger well done. It was pink inside. Ordered a Salmon meal to go. With broccoli and rice. Get back to the hotel no broccoli. Blooming Onion was old and full of grease. $179.00 wasted which included a tip. That’s one L I took gracefully. Tennessee could teach Orange Park a few things.Was trying to enjoy a meal with my Daughter and Grandkids. Thanks for nothing.

  Service was approximatif and slow and too many mistakes. Food was OK. One dish came out undercooked but was replaced.... replaced. Only issue is that the replacement arrived almost after every body at the table had already finished.

  It was good, only thing it was off the atmosphere was different and the restaurant looked different kinda bland, but no music, and also it was like visiting a chain restaurant something like McDonalds I remember times when it was a star studded event to attend outback, our waiter was kinda humorous and overall good person but something was off about being there

  Well well let me just say BRAVO Outback. I don’t know what has changed but the last 2 times we have dined here the service and food were sub par and we were weary on returning however from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted at the host stand I knew things were different. The very professional host seated us and explained the different menus as we were sitting down. Very informative. We were sat at a small booth in the bar area and the bartender quickly came over and greeted us next. Let me tell you something, don’t sleep on Mr. George! This man deserves all the praise. Very smart. Remembered everything from drinks to food and checked on us MULTIPLE times. Very friendly and attentive. The food was also perfect (finally). I made sure to speak to the manager and let him know how great from start to finish everything was and that we would be back. I’m very excited for the direction they have this ship sailing. Kudos to the entire team here! We will see you again!
