I ordered steak and shrimp Alfredo. Noodles were dry and stuck together. Steak was chewy like rubber. They did give me extra Alfredo sauce. Will never return. Steak looked like poop. It's was well done and not medium well.

This place is old and run down. Very expensive. Everything was greasy and oily. Not sure why. Our server Denise was very nice. Food was horrible. Definitely not worth $100 for two steaks. Definitely will not return. Big disappointment.

My husband and I used to be regulars at Outback and it was always great. This time wasn't so great. We felt rushed to order drinks and eat our food. Outback just isn't the same. The salads aren't cold anymore 😔 I'm just very disappointed in the whole thing.

Waited 30 min to find out they where out of prime rib, ok not a good start. So my wife ordered the ribeye steak as the alternative, at this point she was hungry but had mentioned the steak was over seasoned and her tongue was burning, so I took a bit. This was the worse steak I've ever eaten. There was so much pepper they used as seasoning it burnt your tongue immediately, you couldn't even taste the steak. The waitress came and asked how the food was, I filled her in in the problem with my wife's meal and even asked her if she wanted to try it, she looked at me and said sorry to hear your problem, grabbed the plate which still had atleast half the steak on and ran off with it before I could stop her. I would had took it home, rinsed it off and gave it to my dogs, spent that much on a steak, I would get some use out of the rest. She ignored us after and I had to flag her down because at that point I wanted a manager. The manger wasn't any better. I vocalize the issue, he said that is why he is there. I said we aren't looking for anything, I just wanted to fill him on on our experience. His responce was he agreed, we spend that kind of money we should be able to enjoy your food. It would had been nice if he had made an attempt to offer something even though we weren't looking for anything, but the attitude I felt was ok, are you done complaining yet so he can leave. Very dissatisfied with that interaction, will never be going back to an Outback again. Rate them 0 star for quality, interaction with a rightfully dissatisfied customer, and lack of any attempt to rectify the issue they themselves created. This happened on the Wells Road location in Orange Park 02/13/2026.

main course was very, very good...blooming onion appetizer, however, was warm (like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, waiting to be delivered)
service was horrible. We called ahead and were seated right away at 7 PM on a Friday; but, waited 25 minutes for a waitress (even after calling attention to the lack of service twice). Had to ask for bread 3 times before it was delivered. Other tables in our area were similarly disgruntled at the poor service
With the poor level of service that we experienced and with Longhorn being just around the corner, I'm surprised that this Outback is still in business
