I was wondering why it wasn’t crowded and now I know why. The food is not good. I ended up ordering 5 different meals and they still couldn’t get it right. The service was not that great as well. Outback has really changed for the worse and I was super loyal. Cutting corners to improve the bottom is loosing loyal customers. I rather pay the increase price than having horrible food.

Let me start by saying, I understand employees are ready to go home at the end of the night, however, business is business. I came into the Wells Road establishment 20 minutes before closing to place a to go order that valued $50. Not much. Nothing complicated. I was told it was too late for me to place an order. 20 minutes left before closing now!!!! I'm sorry that was enough time for me to make my simple little order. Wasn't even asked what I wanted to order. Just told it was too late. Management, speak with your night crew. You missed a sale and whomever would have taken care of me missed out on a good tip. #Badforbusiness

Thank you outback Steakhouse! They had a special for Veterans day so it was a long wait but we did some errands and came back. The places was packed and the workers had to be tired but they didn't show it! We had a great waitress named Izzy and she took great care of us as did the kitchen help bringing out a perfect blooming onion. The meal was delicious and mine was free for being a veteran. It made for a nice evening with the family. Thank you for that Outback and Izzy.

My waitress decided my food order could wait when I asked to put in with my drink order. The steak had so much pepper on it that it was inedible. The baked potato was so salty I couldn't even taste the sour cream o. It. Both parts of that plate was terrible. I won't go to that outback again.

Was quoted an hour and sat in the parking lot for just over 2 hours for the veteran day meal. Yes it’s free and i usually don’t complain, but after the LONG wait the service was garbage and the burger I wanted well done was pink in the middle and had to ask for my tea several times. The “dessert” at the end was a small piece of brownie with a spoonful of ice cream that looked miserable. Also had to listen to staff complain about all the people there for “free food”.Here’s a thought…go down to the recruiting office and sign up so you can get fee food also then!!! Will NOT be back as I’ve seen how this place values people who served our country
