I’ve gone here for years. Seen roaches coming out of the kitchen, heard horror stories by workers about how bad this place is. The icing on the cake was I asked for a Crispy Chicken McGriddle and they gave me a chicken biscuit dryer than the sahara. They need to step their game up. Worst McDonalds in the county.

Had to go back to the restaurant two times after they messed it up. Missing multiple items from an order that was put in on the mobile app, and, after a 20 min drive back the second time after noticing the missing items, they wouldn’t remake the order so I ended up not eating most of my food because it was ice cold by the time of getting one of my items. The whole time I was asking for my missing item I felt completely stupid because the employee at the first window was super dismissive. I’m not one to come on here and review restaurants but this isn’t the first time this has happened at this specific McDonald’s, where I’ve received cold food that tastes old or missing items multiple times. Not returning to this establishment. I’d much rather just make to drive to a further McDonald’s than have to return here again.

Literally came in with my friend and my daughter to get something to eat and the girl at the register is on her phone literally texting if that was me I would be fired! It must be nice not having to do your job!
