  Let me tell you how fantastic this McDonald’s is, every person is smiling. Not every person wants to be there today, especially on a holiday. But every person has a smile on their face, it is a well oiled cog, and I am so impressed with the Customer Service and management at this place. When they say, what did you expect, you went to McDonald’s, I don’t believe it because experience’s like these exist because the brand is simply the food and the ingredients. The experience is made by the individuals who walk into that door and interact with customers. Please use this store as an example for how every other store should operate. They are heavy set on high customer satisfaction and great quality of service, not to mention very fast. Shout out to the girl with the cross tattoo, praise Jesus!

  Waited for at least 5 minutes for what they called fresh fries, when I received the order the fries were warm but certainly not hot to indicate fresh and they forgot my barbecue sauce even though I paid extra for it.

  Why do I bother ever giving this place a second chance? I’ll order on the app and even if I’m 20 minutes away from the restaurant I will still always sit in a reserved mobile order spot for at least 15 minutes. This time I decided it might be faster if I go through the drive thru and even in the time it took me to get there they still pulled me up to a park in a waiting spot where after they finally brought me my order I was blocked in and couldn’t back out. Why? It doesn’t make any sense to me. I order on the app so I can skip the line so why are all of the people ordering in the drive thru after me getting their two bag meals when I literally ordered a single double cheeseburger and drink? I don’t even order an entire meal and I still have to wait every single time. My burger isn’t even correct and all I request is no onions. From now on I will be going to the location on Blanding by Kingsley. It’s not worth trying to get in an out of this parking lot even if my order was ever going to be ready when I arrived. I’m only giving a two people everyone that works here is incredibly friendly and the levels of hospitality are great. The sense of urgency is non existent.

  Awful, do not go. The worst McDonald's in years. The chicken was so over cooked it bounced out of the box. The fries was a week old. Retrain immediately or close the doors. Just awful. 1st and last visit. Waste of money and time.
