  Ordered two mcdoubles, no onion, large fry, large sweet tea, got to the first window.Everything was great.Got to the second window.Got my drink and a straw was parked in spot number 1 for drive through another customer was parked, right behind me into spot two, then two pulled up into one and two of the order pickup the order pickup was out.The door faster than me having to sit there for twenty minutes.Then, go in and hear the manager arguing to her employee about stickers.And she had to do two refunds already for slow service. I got the two mcdoubles and the drink, but they gave me a medium fry. They should not be getting fifteen dollars.Minimum wage?

  I tried to go through drive through around 530pm on 11/19 and use my rewards points to get my son a free happy meal. After giving them my code When I went through I was then told it wasn't registering even though I could show them the coupon on the app and it even took my points. I then called and asked for a number I can contact to report this issue. They then hung up on me so I went back in the restaurant and asked for a number or website that I can contact corporate. They told me they didn't have a number or anything I can talk to a higher up and told me I needed to leave before they call the cops. This has been the WORST experience I have EVER had at this mcdonalds. Thankfully after explaining my situation another mcdonalds made it right. So needless to say I will never come to this mcdonalds again. I have never been treated so shitty before. If you want great customer service, kindly people, and communication DONT come to this location.

  McDonald’s is always a fast and convenient choice for breakfast. I was in a hurry, so I grabbed a steak, egg, and cheese bagel, which is always a solid—though slightly pricier—option. The Egg McMuffin and breakfast burrito are also great choices if you’re looking for something reliable. And the hash browns are exactly what you expect: quick, crispy, and consistent. Overall, a fast and easy breakfast stop that gets the job done.

  The outside sitting area was so filthy with dirt and crud all over the seats and tables and when I went and asked for a manager to get someone to come out here to clean it it's been like 30 minutes and still nobody's came so I'm just going to go across the street to Burger King maybe they got a better seating area other than that the frappe I ordered was great and the employees all had smiles on their face look like they enjoyed their job so my only complaint would be the dirty tables and chairs and I will attach pictures below

  Good luck with any orders on the mobile app besides drive-thru, just a complete mess where they have no idea about your order besides. Make a counter order? Get the interrogation treatment. Make a spot # order? The chance to enter a spot # will go away and then you're back to being interrogated. You're then given the option to go to the drive-thru or the counter (clear as day). You provide the order # you're told to provide on the app and they have nothing where they can see this, and after you show them they'll say you should've gone to the counter (they will insist this as if you can assume their preference in a scenario besides what the app says). It's not so much the fault of the staff but people responsible for the app who don't test it enough. No other chain competitor has as worse of an experience then this one in regards to mobile orders.
