  I come to this dunkin literally every single day. I will say, a few months ago, I went months not saying anything but receiving horrible service. I finally was fed up. I called corporate. I have to say , I will give credit where it is due... this dunkin did a 360 the past few months... I have now found trust back in this location. They do get busy and you might have to be patient once or twice but that's anywhere.... the staff really turned things around in that store and they have a few employees if i knew their names I would give them a special standing applause because of their exceptional customer service.... I have to say, good job guys!

  Order is always wrong. 3rd time today in as many tries that they give the wrong food in the drive thru constantly. I even asked the girl today “jokingly”, “sandwich is right today?” I got a wrap and hash browns. They don’t care or apologize when you bring it back either. They usually act like you did something wrong for ordering that. The worst is when they give me, a diabetic, 3-4 sugars in my coffee that I ALWAYS order black. You know what happens if you give a diabetic pure sugar? This place used to be solid in the AM but Starbucks is just down the street in Blanding. I’ll be going there from now on or the Dunkin on Park.

  This Dunkin in particular is painfully slow. I’ve been here on multiple occasions at different times of the day thinking maybe it was just a bad time or a bad day. I’ve done drive through, in store ordering, and pick up. No. The workers here don’t care. I’m not sure if they are underpaid or overworked, but they certainly couldn’t rush if their life depended on it. It honestly stresses me out watching just how slow they move. Not only that though, they aren’t friendly, they aren’t warm, no smiles. Just pure annoyance at customers who walk inside. I’m not sure how they have a whole team of people who hate their job, but somehow they recruited a whole staff of sloths. Save yourself the headache, go to the Dunkin around the corner on Park.

  I am not happy at all my food was cold even my latte coffee everything cold, worst service I ever had.

  They have a tall female worker in there that is really rude at the drive thru for no reason
