My husband drove me & when we arrived at the drive through we were “greeted” by a VERY rude man who seemed angry we tried to order a half dozen donuts last at night even though this location is open 24 hours. He told us he didn’t have many donuts left in a nasty tone and said he would check. He came back to tell us there’s only a few left for sale & asked if we wanted them. We said yeah. He put us on hold for 5 minutes then we just gave up & drove up to the window. When we got the donuts they were all wrinkled up like someone squished them & had obviously been manhandled by an angry donut drive thru man. I still ate them but I’m dissapointed in the customer service. Also- for a 24 hour DONUT store, shouldn’t you be able to sell donuts past 8 pm lol 😆 if not you should make it clear that once they’re out they’re out instead of having employees make customers feel dumb or a burden for asking past a certain time 🤷♀️
