- 7B7 ButtaflyzAug 26, 20251.0I have been patroning this Domino's for years. We usually have Pizza Friday in our home, so of course, Domino's had been in the rotation. I hate to write this review but the service has become very inconsistent and hygiene almost absent. There was a wave when I was getting doughy (not cooked through) pizzas. After a few times, I was giving it one more chance, and actually called to reiterate that the dough (hand tossed) was cooked through. I was informed that they were having issues with this and had finally gotten the oven repaired, and that there shouldn't be a problem. It was ok. My biggest problem has been actually receiving extra cheese, when I order extra cheese! Today, I immediately noticed there wasn't extra cheese on the pie once they took it out of the oven, and so did another pizza maker. After she confronted the guy making the pizzas, came and dropped a few shreds on the cheese only side (the white spots seen in pic) and put it back in the oven. He already knew there’d be a problem because he came to the register when I was handed the pizza. I was upset at what I saw when I opened the box. I told him to keep it and refund me. He tried to argue that he followed his instructions for extra cheese, which was a blatant lie! If that was the “Industry Standard,” Domino’s would never get my business! He then told me to keep it and refunded me. The thing is, it’s not about the money. I had already paid for it. After a long hard day, I wanted a loaded half and nice cheesy half. This ruined my dinner expectations. The last thing is cleanliness. Obviously gloves aren't used in the store. The pizza maker came and operated the register, then went back and put his bare, unwashed hands in some dough. The guy that was originally operating the register, kept wiping his nose, then pulled receipts and opened pizza boxes before handing them to customers. Just nasty!
