They like to have people pull up, go park, etc because they have a long line. They have a long line because they aren't taking care of their customers. Having 6 cars pull up because you don't have their orders ready yet is absolutely ridiculous. Being rude about it is even worse. I think they should start over with their typical evening staff. Get more people like the daytime staff. Daytime never has 6+ cars putting ahead to wait an absurd amount of time for food. The evening staff also likes to forget the people they have pull forward. So good luck getting food in any sort of quick fashion in the evening. They can't handle typical evening customers.
