  Probably shouldn’t work in a customer service job if you’re going to have an attitude with people and slam peoples food down on the counter for them, especially the little blonde girl with the braid. Surprised she has a job with the attitude she has. WONT be back to this Chipotle, I’d rather drive an hour to another one..

  If I could put 0 stars, I would… The portion size was terrible. It’s unfortunate how Chipotle declined. The amount you used to get was amazing and I was satisfied. Now, I will never go there again. You can tell the staff doesn’t care either. 0/10!!!! Don’t recommend anymore!

  Cross contamination is terrible here. If you have any kind of food sensitivity, eat elsewhere. The staff does not care to work clean. I also had go back inside to get part of my order placed on the app. I will not be coming back.

  This is the second time I get served by what seems to be a new hired person that barely put meat on the plate and she doesn't know what the "carnitas" are. Came a week ago and she didn't know and today she doesn't know either, it seems she is serving all the time. Very stingy on the serving. I will probably try one more time in the coming weeks and if this continues like that I'm going to have to find alternatives. This is how you are saving 50 cents on reasonable portions and loosing customers to then having to invest millions in marketing to bring them back. Why don't you just be generous with the food and property train your people to keep the customers you already have? and save millions in marketing? I used to come here with coworkers but now not only me but at least two more people won't be coming because of my telling and some others when they read the comments. I don't really know what ia the strategy here? Enlighten me please. BTW: I do not mind paying one more dollar or two to feel I get served decent food.
