  Chelsea was outstanding, extremely attentive and kept checking on us. Chicken tenders had grizzle. My issue is this. Either Jabba the Hut is in back cooking, or some weight challenged employee(s) set the A/C at SIBERIA. What the Mosow Mule???!!! SUGGESTION FOR CORPORATE The fries/Onion rings need to go into a bag to stay warm, they are always cold quickly because they are exposed to the A/C. Ours had frostbite and icycles because of the meat locker at this location. We're fairly certain we saw Rocky Balboa walking out the back with bloody hands from punching frozen cattle in the back.

  Manager is rude at this location! 😒 the quality & quality of food was horrible. I tried to go & talk to the manager & he was rude.

  I have been a member for quite a few years. I had a party of 10 and i arrived with my family a party of 7. I was told I had to wait for the other 3 people that were on their way. I had also ordered 30 bone in wings for take out through my app and used my points 4600 points. I got seated and was told I couid not sit at a table and eat take out??? I never in my life heard of this policy?? I am from Down south and was here visiting with family and friends. I was allowed down south at Wellington, FL to order on line and eat it there. My party was planning on spending more money at BW3 but not after this horrible expierence. I will never use the BW3 restuarants again. Never have I heard of these ludacris policies. Spoke with the manager Chrystin and she explained that each BW3 has different policies and operated differently??Some are corporate owned and some are Franchised! Why aren't they operated the same???? Very disappointed in their policies!!!!!

  I order from here every 2 weeks usually a big order of wings an appetizer and fries. We ordered a cheese steak and saucy tenders with fries and onion rings tonight to go with something different. This is the first time I have ever had an issue and I can honestly say it turned me off completely. Absolutely nothing I got was edible or right. The cheese steak had no onions or beer cheese as advertised and the steak was crusty and dry. The fries were old and hard. The saucy tenders had no sauce and didn’t even receive the sauce we requested on the side as well so plain dry old tenders is what we received. And the onion rings we piled and stuck together and so soggy it was awful.
