    Been here many times. Food always good and accurate. However, I'm sick of the philosophy to have every car pull forward to wait for food. Clearly, this is to make the drive thru person have low times for service. I can't imagine how this helps the restaurant though as a person has to leave their station to walk outside to hand off food. Especially when it's raining. This isn't about customer service, it's only to make someone look good, despite the inefficiency.

    I like this Arby's. Usually the same people working so it is pretty consistent. They are friendly, proficient. I don't dine in, drive through only.
