  I went thru drive thru, told lady I reared on app just now while I was waiting in line. She rudely replies that that is supposed to be done in advance, but she’ll start them now. I get one drink fine. My iced latte (less ice requested) is missing about 1/4-1/3 of my drink. I’m like????? She replies….LESS ICE LESS PRODUCT Gets another “lady” who holds up a piece of paper showing iced drinks with ice and with LESS ice. Saying it’s Dunkin’s policy???!!!! I order this same drink everyday from Sunbeam road or Old St Augustine Road or Gate Parkway! I have NEVER been talked to like this or been served a drink not full either. .

  Disturbing food handling practices by shift or maybe even the store manager! Came in on a Friday morning around 830 with my family (including a toddler). We all ordered our drinks and donuts, went to sit down with our orders and realized they gave us two regular munchkins instead of the special “wedding cake” ones we wanted to try in our 10 munchkin box. My family member brought the back box to ask for the two she asked for. The employee got the shift or store lead (she was conducting a job interview in the lobby just a few minutes later) who then took the two donuts out of our box, and placed them BACK in the display case with all the other donuts. How disturbing to think you’re putting food that has been out of your chain of custody BACK into circulation for consumption by others. My toddler could’ve sneezed on that, heck, he could’ve licked the dang thing and you would have no idea! It just gives me the heebie jeebies thinking about what other food handling practices are going on here. Not to mention in general two munchkins cost like 5 cents in product, pretty sure it would’ve been okay by corporate if you just plopped the two correct ones in the box and moved on with you day. All this to say, I won’t be ordering food of any kind here anymore. When I want donuts I’ll head up the road a bit more and support a local shop instead; I’m sure they don’t take back donuts to give to other customers.

  Bleh. Coffee was watered down. Hash browns burnt. Sandwiches were cold. Don’t recommend.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. It's grossly apparent they hate customers. They complained about us not leaving them a $1 tip, after rudely glaring at us for coming in. They purposely made our drinks wrong, or tampered with them. They tasted horrible. Yellow/green haired young girl with a lot of face piercings, and a red haired young man with a lot of chains around his neck. Worst customer service ever, and they ruined our drinks.

  Last three times that I’ve been in this Dunkin’ Donuts, it smelled absolutely disgusting to the point that we had to leave. It smells like vomit and dirty mop every time, I don’t know how the employees stand it all day long when we can’t be in there long enough to place an order. Horrific.
