  I have to take my parents often to this plaza and constantly the papa John’s truck blocks the street and the ramp so I can’t bring my parents up the ramp and o have to wait. I am pretty sure there is back alley. Why do they have to block the entire street? This is a reoccurring issue, and if you ask them to move the truck so it isn’t blocking the ramp they will yell at you.

  Had a great experience with customer service tonight. The manager went above and beyond for an adjustment I called and requested. Then the delivery driver was exceptionally kind when delivering our pizza at the door. Papa John’s is crushing it!

  Ever since this location started relying on door dash to deliver orders we have had such bad luck. If the food shows up it is great but the last two orders have been horrible. First time we got someone else's order, 4 huge pineapple pizzas. The second time we ordered at 5:20 and the pizza still hadn't been picked up by door dash by 6:20. Called the store and there is nothing they can do?? The driver that took our order was coming from Sanford and wasn't even at the store yet giving us an ETA of 7pm?? The store should be able to intervene if there is an issue with the door dash drivers, or they need to go back to hiring drivers because they are going to lose customers this way.
