  All I got was a fish sandwich and an apple pie..but it just hit the spot. I just used the drive up and ate in a parking spot.

  I ask for a double cheeseburger but got a single. And they didn't put any ketchup or anything else on it. If I could give a zero I would, Plus they had me waiting for a long time. This is the second time they done this. Never going back!!!!

  5-Star Service from Anthony, Kiara, and Denisha at McDonald’s in Orange City I want to recognize Anthony, Kiara, and Denisha at the McDonald’s in Orange City for truly outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and clearly focused on taking care of customers. They made sure my order was taken correctly, repeated it back to confirm, and the food came out hot and fresh. Even with a busy lobby and drive‑thru, they stayed calm, patient, and respectful with everyone. You could see them working together as a team, communicating well, and still finding a way to be friendly and positive with each guest. In fast food, it’s easy to feel rushed or overlooked, but Anthony, Kiara, and Denisha did the opposite – they made the experience feel personal and made sure everything was right before I left. They take pride in their work and in how they treat people, and it shows. All three of them deserve 5 stars. They represent this McDonald’s location extremely well, and employees like Anthony, Kiara, and Denisha are the reason I’ll keep coming back to the Orange City store.

  Last 3 times I went it was a 25+min wait in the drive thru. 2 of the times I had to flag people down so they remembered they parked me. It takes 25min to get a double quarter pounder. Was my favorite burger, not I just don't eat here. Really sad how the fast food industry has gone.

  This isn’t the first time we were missing items from our order . Missing a hash brown or placing a Filet of Fish in our bag instead of a 10 piece is what ever , but missing a whole Large coffee with the extra costs for syrups not even in the bag is crazy . I don’t know who is bagging the food , but they seriously need to have a talk with their supervisor. The food is always well cooked and fresh so I know it isn’t the chefs missing our items because they read what’s on the board and make it . Chefs are not on coffee making duties and mistaking which food goes in which bag . Someone could have a food allergy and get an item that could really be bad . It’s just a bit stressful because I wouldn’t care if it was just a few times , but it’s been multiple times since we ordered from here and even went through the drive through when this happens . Busy or not is honestly crazy to continue multiple mistakes you know?
