  They never give you extra items even when you pay for them, ie, cheese, beef etc. so save your money and don't even ask for them.

  My daughter and I always go here on the weekends. The employees are always kind. The food, isn’t always fresh, the service is super fast. My daughter always has the bean burrito, soft taco, and Baja blast drink. Sometimes we do a special order so we know that it is hot and fresh when we get it I think that’s the key.

  We went through drive thru this morning 11/5 and Trinity was the cashier. She was very nice and our interaction made my day and i left with a smile on my face! She was very professional, fast, and friendly. Trinity your kind words meant so much to me, may god bless you!

  Got a hard taco, pretty much bought the shell. More than HALF the taco was empty. Mexican pizza wasn’t cut, classic stacker had no meat. Dude in the back took it so personal, and was complaining at us.

  The food was OK, and quick, but the customer service was AWFUL. I went through the drive-thru today (Thurs, Oct 16) around 1:00 p.m. and the girl taking my order was very unpleasant. All I was trying to order was a number two with a Baja Blast. I had to repeat my order 3x, which is fine, I understand that it can be loud. Two of my kids work in a Drive-Thru and so I try to be very empathetic and kind when I'm ordering food, because they tell me about some of the jerks they have to deal with. So the third time I repeated it, I said it louder, obviously, so that she could hear me over the noise, and she said, verbatim, "There's no need for you to scream at me!! I just couldn't hear you!" I just sat there for a moment, because I was honestly taken aback, and then she said, "Repeat your order," in a very obnoxious way. My daughter, who works in a Drive-Thru, was with with me, and I asked her, "Did I scream at her?" And she said, "No, you just said it louder." Exactly. Common sense dictates that if someone can't hear you twice, then you quite obviously need to raise your voice, but this girl was very nasty when I did so. Who talks to customers like that?? Especially customers who are trying to be more than understanding and courteous. She obviously does not need a customer service job, since she can't seem to control her smart-mouthed outbursts. I would have told her so, but she was not the same person that handed me my food. She talks to customers like they're a piece of crap because she knows she's not the one who has to face them at the window. As I said, I know that it can be a very challenging job working in the drive-thru, because some customers are very difficult, but you should really try to be nicer to the customers who are actually trying to be kind. Somebody either needs to retrain this person on customer service, or remove her from interacting with the public altogether, because she is really hateful. I feel really sorry for anyone who has to interact with this person on a daily basis.
