I visited yesterday. I ordered through the drive thru & got my 1st breakfast bacon crunch wrap. Delicious! The team members were nice & the service quick. I'll definitely will be back soon.

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to be ready, we went inside to ask them to cancel the order. They refused to cancel and refused to refund the order. Told us to call customer service - customer service was closed. Told us to dispute the charge. The employees were exhausted and so frustrated by the lack of leadership. Every single person who ordered food had a similar experience during the time we were there. Never, ever again.

The night crew is probably the most incompetent group of people in the fast food industry. There is no reason a freaking taco meal should take 45 minutes in line!!!!!!! Unbelievable.

Teach your employees how to run the window, asking “is that all?” after every single thing a customer says is tacky & irritating. Also “please & thank you” goes a long way. Time to bring back basic customer service training.

My " supreme" taco has only meat and cheese. 2 were done right the third not?????
