  Drive Thru employee soft spoken couldn’t hear her. Repeated my simple one person order 2X. Got to window her attitude was ridiculous. I asked for sauce and it was like the cost comes from her pay directly.. gave me three and I asked for more.. body language and facial expressions was hostile . Taco shell was not fresh.

  The food is always amazing, fresh, and hot, the team is very friendly. They recently remodeled. Looks nice, but chairs are so heavy to pull out. They go through a lot so I can understand the durability. Beautiful new look.

  2/12/26 I have never been more disrespected by a manager of any restaurant as I was tonight. My family eats dinner here at this location weekly. Our order was placed through the app. Somehow one of the tacos was entered wrong and made with lettuce. I am allergic to lettuce. I asked if the one taco could be re made . I was told no because it was apparently my mistake and not theirs. Both managers who appeared under the age of 20 refused to re make the one taco. When asked for a refund both managers refused and also refused to give a refund. Both managers looked to be under the age of 20 and spoke to me very rudely and inappropriately. All that i asked was if the one taco could be remade. Because of a $2 taco I will never return to this location and management should never treat a customer this way.

  $3 for a big chip with no meat or cheese on it is so crazy. I guess most of the taco is supposed to be lettuce. Spending $40 here to just leave hungry. 0/10

  I will not stop at this taco bell location ever again. The cashier window drive thru was so rude and very unpleasant. They got my order wrong and when I told her my drink was wrong her whole attitude changed she hands me the food and I had to park go inside with my receipt to get my missing items. I dont know if they do it on purpose so that you literally have to park and get out your car so aggravating whats the purpose in going thru the drive thru. They really have to get pleasant and educated people that want to work and have good customer service. Lousy service
