This place used to be a usual for my friends & I. Slowly, they began to deteriorate. Every employee who works there, minus maybe two, are nasty & rude.
The app no longer allows coffee deals nor discounts on them, and always taste like water with creamer. Any time management or employees are faced with criticism for the taste (which often times tastes spoiled), they shut you down and insist their restaurant is clean.
It is not.
My friends and I, together and separately, have been spoken down to, snapped at, even yelled at once, and dismissed by the employees.
One in particular makes a frequent reoccurrence. Though she seems to keep being removed to speaking to customers often. Which comes as no shock, as my friend had gotten into a small confrontation that she caused.
We are all sick of overpriced drinks and food that tastes worse than not knowing how to cook at home for free
We are all miserable. We are all underpaid. We are all struggling. We’re just trying to get something to enjoy our day with. Stop dragging others with you. And you all know who you are. Your misery is affecting your clientele, as we all talk to each other.

Stopped to pick up fast food. Didn't get order right resulting in a stop for slow food. My chicken sandwich was tasteless. Wish I had never stopped.

Waited ten minutes in drive thru for a burger combo meal with a soda. Burger was nasty fries were cold. What a disappointment

Spent 9 dollars on a small ice cream. Paid 2 dollars more for extra heath and Oreo. My ice cream literally had nothing in it. And when I went back through to ask them about it all I got was attitude. lol like I was wrong. I’ve gotten this same item many times with no issues. This time will definitely be the last. “My manager made your ice cream I saw her, I know it’s right”. Can’t argue with ignorance. Just won’t come back with my family. We can go right up the street to steak and shake for the same ice cream and better customer service
