  This location does not work the hours listed. Dinning room was closed well before 9 when it clearly says 10 on the door.

  Absolutely do not recommend this Pizza Hut. This is the second time in 2 years I've had a problem and I've only been here 2 times in the last 2 years. The pizza looks cooked on the outside but very raw on the inside. Their oven is turned up way to high and that is why this is happening. Very dangerous especially since I'm a cancer patient! I went through drive thru and I get tired of being asked for a tip on everything. This is a pickup not a delivery. This is not a tip position. The pizza isn't worth the prices they charge now, so adding a tip on top and feeling guilt into it is just upsetting. Especially when this is not even deserving of a tip at all! They didn't cook it appropriately. So I'm paying and tipping to get food poisoning? Pizza Hut truly has lost me as a customer. This was the last chance. I see them bankrupt soon. Local family owned pizzeria deserve it more, they just close earlier.

  I ordered a personal pan pizza for a friend I was visiting. I was dreading this request because it was Super Bowl Sunday. However, even though they were crazy busy, as to be expected, the staff was on top of their hectic day. I was told it would take 15 minutes and that's exactly how long I waited. While waiting, I watched as the delivery orders were expedited as quickly as possible, while the dine-in crowd were quickly served. Kudos to a well organized staff!

  Ok, my issue is with the bad customer service expirence I had to deal with last night , on 2/6/26 , at this orange city location , not only with bad communication with a phone rep I was redirected to when attempting to order pizza and wings, but the bad attitude recieved from inside the store as well when trying to explain what exactly I wanted with pizza hut deals , just to be told its not his fault phone representatives didnt understand my order and I had to pay whatever order she put into system. Over a 100 dollar order which I wasn't satisfied with but representing pizza hut in a rude manner as if thats acceptable.. that makes me never want to visit nor recommend this store to anyone else even if I need a party order . Not even a single manager ,as they stated, was there to take my concern.
