We ordered through Uber eats at this McDonald’s.
Super disappointed when you order six happy meals and they arrive for grandchildren with no drinks when I’m supposed to get six small drinks with six happy meals. Also, they’re not filling up the french fries all the way they’re like half. What is going on? Please check the orders before you give them to people.

Customer service is a zero star no one is there to help and the employees were rude and fries they filled it not even half. Terrible never coming back to this location. Oh and all tables were dirty and in has to clean the table with toilet paper from the bathroom just a bunch of teenagers working without experience. Expect a higher pay and can’t literally do their jobs right.

It’s absolutely wild to me that in 2025 I’m paying $6.27 for a McDouble and Hot-N-Spicy Chicken made by someone making AT LEAST $14/hr and I can’t get a single napkin in my bag.

I placed an online order at 3:46 AM Saturday the 8th of November and showed up at 3:55, before the 3:59 cutoff for dinner. When I got there, they told me “the system’s down” and “we’re getting ready for breakfast.”
I’m a business owner myself, so I understand how closing routines work but their dinner menu was still lit up. Everything was ready. It was obvious the “system down” excuse was just a way to avoid making a last-minute order.
If someone came in at 3:59 for breakfast, they’d probably wait a few minutes while the crew prepped that’s normal. But to refuse a dinner order before closing? That’s just laziness. The manager eventually admitted they’d already cleaned, meaning it wasn’t a system problem at all.
To be fair, maybe I should’ve known better. It was late, and I’d had a long day drove over an hour home from work, realized I’d left something right outside the door, turned around, and drove all the way back. On the way home again, I thought, “Perfect I’ll grab dinner real quick.” That’s all I wanted.
It’s not about the $20 meal. It’s about effort and honesty. A quick “You know what, we already cleaned, but we’ll make it for you” would’ve completely changed my night. Instead, I left frustrated and hungry.
I’ll never go to that McDonald’s again for dinner at night. I’ll go to another one one that actually respects their closing time and their customers

Stopped in with my boys. They were not particularly busy, however there were a lot of tables not whipped and spilled good or puke someone told them about an no one cleaned the whole time we were there at least an hr and a half. They did put a cone by it.
BUT WHAT REALLY HOT ME IS THAT FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER I HAD SAID SOMETHING TWI TIMES AND ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR MORE WENT BY...THIS ONE HIRL WOTH FOOD HANDLING HLOVES ON, OCCASSIONALLY PTEPARING FOOD...BUT MOSTLY ON HER PHONE WITH THOSE FOOD HANDLING HLOVES ON AND THEN PLAYING WITH HER HAIR 😩. DONT THEY HAVE TO TAKE FOOD HANDLING SAFETY CLASSES ANYMORE. AND HOW DOES MANAGEMENT FACE HER DIECTION AND NEVER SEE THIS. YHEY DID HANDLE IT WHILE I WAS THERE BUT HOW DOES NO ONE NOT EVEN OTHER CO WORKERS SAY ANYTHING. ITS LIKE PREPARING FOOD ON YOUR STEERING WHEEL OR IN YOUR BATHROOM. I MEAN SHE PROBABLY YAKES THAT SAME UNCLEAN PHONE IN THE BATHROOM. HEALTH DEPARTMENT PLEASE 🤢
