  Placed a mobile order at 10:16am for 2 medium coffees, 1 sweet tea, 1-bacon,egg & cheese, 1- steak,egg & cheese, 2- burritos, & 3 hash browns! Took the money out of my bank account. Sat in the drive-thru line from 10:16 until we got up to the window at 10:36am told the woman on the speaker my code and she immediately says these items are unavailable! I said how I placed this order at 10:16am and she says I’m sorry but can’t cross contaminate breakfast and lunch! I said what do you mean I placed this order literally 15 minutes before breakfast was switched over! I have been sitting in this line for 15 minutes. She said I’m sorry there is nothing we can do we can’t make your food! I said and what about the money you already took out of my account and she said well you will get it back. I said I will take the drinks then and she said well you will have to place a new order because we have to cancel out this order! SMDH I mean what the hell I have NEVER been to a McDonald’s that has done this crap and then be RUDE to the customer at that!!

  No one at the check out window waited a while. Then when went to pick up food waited 15-20 for someone to give me just 2 snack wraps with no cars in front of me. It’s ridiculous. Asked for a manager waited another 15-20 minutes. This is horrible service. I spend money here and I don’t know what they are doing and not hiring the right associates or training but there services have become worse. Sucks because now I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere.

  I have visited this location several times and have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of service. The food is consistently fresh, and both the dining area and restrooms are well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Manager Mel personally brought our food to our table, which was greatly appreciated.

  Called to ask if they had the valentines coupon book available at this location, and the lady who answered hung up the phone without answering. Thought maybe it was an accident or we got disconnected. Called again and asked the same question, and again they hung up. A simple “no we don’t” would have sufficed. Not sure why they decided to go the rude route with hanging up with no answer but I will be driving to the Deltona location from now on.

  Multiple times of coming here something is always missing and I never tend to look before I leave thinking it can’t be that hard to put the right amount of items ordered in the bag . Chick fil A should have a training class to these other fast food drive through places .
