Me and my family however will never be returning. If I had to choose this place or starvation, id 1000 % starve. The attitude here is ridiculoussss. I had seen that five guys was doing a a BOGO on 2/17 and I had placed a pickup order for it to be ready around 7PM. I noticed almost all five guys locations near me were packed and busy with orders but I gave this one a try and when I went to go pick it up around 7, they were out of patties and told me it’d be a 15-20 min wait. I said no problem and waited. Despite there being tons of hungry people inside, waiting and watching for when their food will be done, I thought it was fantastic how the team handled everything under pressure. I wish I had gotten his name but the boy who was working the counter (brown hair, looks young) was extremely sweet and attentive even under that pressure. The girl who worked on my order also did an amazing job and overall I want to recognize the team as a whole because they did an awesome job!!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
