  I frequent this Dunkin basically weekly for my son and I. My son is a very picky eater and loves bagel minis. The food is ALWAYS hot, donuts are ALWAYS moist and flavorful and he leaves happy every time.. might seem minuscule to some, but to me this Dunkin has been a life saver and never misses. Thank you everyone who puts in the effort to make everyone’s morning a positive one!!!

  I used to go here almost every day. Service is good, but a couple of months ago I started noticing that my drink tasted disgusting every time I went. Before it was every once in a while but as of recently it has been every. Single. Time. This is an “on tap” Dunkin, and it is very clear that they do not clean the lines or replace product as often as they should. The here is no reason the tea should taste rotten every day. I drive to DeLand now to get my drink. It’s inconvenient but at least I know I’ll be able to drink it and my money won’t be wasted.

  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! You WILL get ripped off / overcharged. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a single donut. They told me the price was $.60 more than what the price was on the menu board (and yes, I recognize it's only $.60, it's not about the individual charge, it's about how many customers have they overcharged and stolen from). They continued to argue with me telling me that was the price. I took a picture and went in and showed the manager, who then lied and said it was a mistake. It was not a mistake, they were intentionally trying to overcharge me even after I told them the price on the menu. Multiple employees stated that was the price. The manager tried to lie his way out of it. He did not care at all that his employees were overcharging people, and he did not care that the business has stolen from other customers in this way. (And as someone who's worked many years in retail, the manager's PROPER response should have immediately been, "I apologize, would you like the $1 donut for free"; this manager's response was, "I'll refund the difference". What a joke. Didn't listen to a word I said as I had clearly stated I didn't buy it because the price was wrong, multiple times because he kept offering a refund). This place should be shut down and investigated for how much money they've stolen from their customers and I will be reporting this in the hopes that they are. Disgusting behavior.

  This dunkin' donut needs more employees. I was standing online more than 5 minutes and still no one to care me. After that I lost my patience and just walked out. They lost my business.

  Went 25th of January 2026 at about 11am. I ordered a hot drink with flavored syrup and milk. Coffee was watered down with extremely little taste. Not much actual coffee in the drink. It deliberately taste like they added hot water or reused the grinds. Very little syrup, almost no flavor detected. It was a cup of hot water with not much else. That was the biggest disappointment. Was not crowded, so no excuse really. Ordered some food which was so-so. Will never go back.
