  That was my first and last time going to Dunkin. I got the six dollar meal deal. My coffee was not mixed straight sugar at the bottom. My sandwich was missing ingredients. There was no sausage in the sandwich and I got four burnt hashbrowns.

  My mother and I went thru the drive thru yesterday, March 24th at 9:31pm. The back door was open and there were 2-3 people outside. We were told at the speaker "I'm sorry we are closed until 10:00pm" So knowing that they are 24hrs, this made no sense so we pulled to the drive thru window which was open. A girl with black curly hair in a ponytail wearing a gold necklace came to the window and said I am sorry but we are closed ant taking orders. I asked her what her name was and she said her name was Amaya or Mya, I said to her, I don't understand why you are closed until 10pm and not taking any orders. Her response was so bizarre. She proceeds to say they are cleaning for a "last minute inspection that was literally just thrown on us" Again, made no sense to us. I said that is really odd, what is your managers name? Her reply totally floored me, her answer to that question was "ummm why?"!!!! I stated because I wanted to complain to the manager, why they would have you close a 24 hours establishment just to "clean" for a "last minute inspection" she then proceeds to take her phone and act as if she was scrolling and looking for a number. She said someone is coming in at 10 to work the register, but we really have to clean. I asked "does your manager know that you guys are closed and cleaning?" to which she relied "probably not" and was unable to find the number. 3 cars that approached drive thru while we were at the window and each one was sent away. Anyway, after not being able to "find the number" she said it's not their fault, that they put things on them last minute etc. But I have been here many times at night and see the worker NOT cleaning, outside, on phones etc. Anyways, after a long night of being at the hospital all I wanted was a coffee. You don't pull someone from taking and filling orders just so all employees can clean. They need to hire some people that are older in my opinion, just having all young kids there, it will never be ran professionally if not.

  Its been 3 times of us going within the same month and EACH time they’ve messed it up or forgot something. I ordered snackin bacon and didn’t get it and didn’t wanna complain any further cause they messed up three separate drinks. We will no longer go back to this location. They’re always so rude on top of it
