I wanted to try the new Arch burger inside the restaurant on my way home from work.
Staff completely inattentive.
I chose a seat to dine in and waited for my burger.
I said it was for here and they were going to put it in a bag even though I said for here.
Burger arrived, very yummy.
Experience ruined by a manager seated right across from me (despite there being many many empty seats to choose from in the restaurant) having a full on conversation on her phone with the speaker on speaking very loudly on her break.
Very, very unprofessional.
Ruined my experience entirely.
She should be fired for this behavior.
In fact, the entire staff was speaking very loudly in Spanish the entire time I was in the restaurant.
The owner of this branch needs to check into the atmosphere of the employees in the dining room.
Very poor.

Honestly at this point the owners just need to be embarrassed. Majority of the time the icecream machines are “down” to the point where maybe just close the doors because you clearly can’t run a McDonald’s. I went there around 650pm last night to take my dad for icecream and guess what yet again the machines are down and there’s no ice cream. Clearly management is just absent. We drove over to the westchase McDonald’s and almost every family had shakes. I mean do you not care about sales? We all know your machines are fine considering it’s on and off working. Get staff that’s not lazy and learn how to run a business.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. The employee taking my order was extremely rude, and I could barely understand what she was saying, which made the whole process frustrating from the start. To make matters worse, my order was messed up not once, but twice. They even tried to charge me for the wrong order at first.
While sitting in the drive-thru line, I could actually see them messing up other orders in front of me too, so it clearly wasn’t just a one-time mistake. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I highly do not recommend this location. Management seriously needs to step up and address these ongoing issues.

I’m hoping this location is getting a remodel and just understaffed. Condiment boxes on counters and generally not clean looking. Front house bagger was on her phone the first 4 minutes of my being in the store to pick up my mobile order. A man came in after me and waited for another 3-4 minutes looking around. Then he saw the sign on the register directing customers to use the kiosk. He made a comment about not liking those things and I responded that I only saw the one front house employee and she had not even said a word to me despite packing at least 2 other bags while on her phone for the drive thru. She then a few minutes later set a bag and cup on the counter and turned around. I read my name on the bag and asked if I was good to go and she responded yes. Fries were lukewarm/cold, Big Arch burger was hot and delicious. I will not go back to this location.

This place is a cluster. Half the time the payment system is down and its cash only, the ice cream machine has been broken for over a month. Then when it finally is working, they are out of stock on the shamrock stuff AND the employees don't know that the machine is even back up and working. Half of the ordering machines don't work and if you order at the counter the person working there doesn't remember anything. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Do better.
