  Pretty unfortunate that you guys don’t have the avocado toast available all day. The fact that there’s no actual breakfast foods on it and it’s part of a breakfast menu is kind of crazy. Usually if a customer orders something it should be available all day especially if it’s something as simple as avocado on an everything bagel.

  Stopped in for lunch take out and ordered the chicken and wild rice soup. I am hoping it is just this location and not Panera in general as I don't eat here often, and never will again after today. The soup used to be thick and creamy with cubed chicken breast. Today, it was watered down with grease floating on top, crunchy vegetables, barely any rice, and the chicken was chunks of chicken fat and skin. It was so disgusting I couldn't eat it. Thankfully, the bread was good as that is all I was able to have for lunch. Servers were polite and efficient, so again, hoping this is not the norm, but also again, won't be returning any time soon to find out.

  The grilled cheese wasn't grilled, was barely warm without any toast-like shading on the bread and the cheese wasn't melted.

  Upon entering Panera to place an order, the initial interaction involved the cashier making an unprofessional and discourteous comment regarding my attire. I stepped aside to allow other patrons, who were ready to order, to proceed while I finalized my selection. Subsequently, when I placed my order, the cashier exhibited clear signs of impatience and disinterest in serving customers. The cashier also failed to inquire about my preference for a hot or cold beverage, making that decision unilaterally. When my order was presented, it was provided without a tray, which made transporting my party's items to our table challenging, especially since one member of my party has a disability, necessitating multiple trips. Upon consuming my order, I discovered that the bacon was excessively hard, akin to being overcooked days prior and left to dehydrate. It was so rigid that tapping it against the plate produced a distinct ceramic sound. While other components of the meal were satisfactory, the appalling state of the bacon, the service, and the overall demeanor of the cashier were notably subpar.
