  Went there this morning everyone there is always rude they see you standing there and look at you and continue talking to each other they take your order when they finish their conversation I have walked out several times it’s the girls that work 6am very rude to me and other guy this morning will not be coming back

  Obviously McDonald's is a fan favorite across the world. But the customer service at this specific location is HORRIBLE! They say that they are 24 hours but half of the time they are either "closed" or it is very difficult to get an associate to acknowledge you and take your order at the drive thru. On top of that they mess up the orders 90% of the time. Very disappointing. It's not hard to do your job and make people happy.

  Seems Like this store can't give what the customer wants even after repeating the order and finding that order is made wrong drive thew makes alot of mistakes talk about fast food alot of times the customer doesn't have a lot of time to inspect the order

  Paying customers suppose to get what they pay for like fresh food no matter what time it is. Time now is 9:15 pm and I don't suggest anyone go their until they get rid of the young staff that can care less for those who love McDonalds food the way they are use to it.

  I come here a lot out of convenience (my job is next door) and… honestly it’s more worth it to just go to the McDonald’s on Linebaugh and Countryway if you have the time. I know it’s a McDonald’s, I don’t expect much, but I do expect items to be in stock? They never have frappes, ice cream, smoothies, Dr. pepper(? What????) and other various sodas. Okay fine, whatever, except that once you get your food… it’s wrong or missing something. They don’t even remember to put sauces in the bag. The food never comes out fresh and hot, which is the worst cause the fries at room temp suck, and is shocking cause they often have you pull aside to wait for your order. The customer service is okay, not awful, not mean or rude just… okay. Going to this McDonald’s is better than a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick to the face, but it’s not a great one. Again, I know it’s McDonald’s, I don’t expect much, but this one is just… a good one to avoid.
