    Can not trust this location anymore. Whoever the manager/or inchsrge or ordering food and maintaining the restaurant needs to be demoted or fired. Past 3 weeks of showing at 1-2 am there has been no burgers, sodas, or anything to cook with. Get it together

    Sometimes the order isn’t right or the service a little slow. Overall the place is nice and food is a hot or miss. I’ve gotten cold fries before.

    The last couple times their sweet tea has been extremely too sweet. This is the closest McDonald's to us, hopefully they can fix that and be more consistent. Previously, it was their fries that was too salty, but it looks like they got that one fixed.

    The worst McDonald’s in the Tampa area. The staff are consistently unfriendly, and their body language is unprofessional. Unfortunately, this happens almost every time we decide to give this location another chance since it’s the closest one to home. Tonight was no different, our order (2 Big Mac meals, 1 Happy Meal cheeseburger, and 1 double cheeseburger) was served with no cheese at all. Completely unacceptable.

    Worst customer service, staff is so rude . Whenever I come here the food is sloppy and the order is always wrong and when you ask for them to fix it they give you attitude . The McDonald’s on McMullen booth is the complete opposite, staff is so polite , and food doesn’t look like it was thrown on the floor
