  This is the third time we have ordered from this location as it has only been open a few months and each time the food is cold and the fajita mix is undercooked. The first two times I accepted it as maybe the new hires had not figured it quite out yet. This time I called and asked for a manager, I believe her name was Vicki. I explained as someone who eats at least once a week at other Chipoltes nearby this is not the norm. She stated to me “I’m looking at them right now and they are cooked”, with a very passive aggressive attitude. She did give another passive aggressive “I’m so sorry” and stated I could get a refund on the App. I asked her how I go about doing that and I was hung up on. This manager needs to learn how to professionally deal with customers as this is unacceptable. My meal looks thrown together with a large chunk of cheese on top. You can definitely tell this location does not take pride or the time to make sure customers food are up to par. I will not be spending money at this location and will return to the store on 19 only a few more minutes down the road.

  Overpriced and overrated for a bowl of rice. Not worth the 15.00. make at home for less. They nitpick for too many things

  First visit on Sunday at 2:30, no one in the place. The tables were filthy not clean at all. Had Tacos. The steak was hard as a rock..not fresh at all. I remarked on the dried out Steak and was not offered fresh..just a lot of stares..small portions. Definitely not like The Gulf to Bay location, no smiles..not friendly. I really thought it would be a friendly location.. Too skimpy to return..UPDATE..The Management was so concerned..they wanted me to SEND AN EMAIL..not even offered me to come back..what a joke..this location will not last in EASTLAKE..we have so many better and classy establishments also very generous portion food places.. We do not need this SKIMPY Fast food..establishment !!!

  Went a few weeks ago around 6pm on a Thursday. Service was great! All the staff were attentive. Food was fresh and made right. Our orders were correct. No headache. So far so good for this new location 👍🏽

  Had the pleasure of meeting Luis the asst GM. This has been one of the best Chipotle experiences I've in a while. We stop going to the one in palm harbor because of cleanliness and food quality. But if the palm harbor location is going back in the right direction like oldsmar we will be back frequently!
