There's a sign on the door when you walk in that says you get any free menu item if you show a staff member that you used the app for the first time. I took the time to download the app and use it to get the free item and when I asked about it I was basically shrugged off and told I could get "a cookie or something". Then when I asked about it after ordering, I wasn't asked what I wanted, was shrugged off again and was given a cookie, like a child. Sad and ridiculous... You shouldn't have the sign up if you don't intend on honoring it, or your employees don't know about it. Here's the sign...
