First off, they were out of oreo ice cream, which I can understand happens, nonetheless it was disappointing to the kids since that is their favorite flavor. Picked another flavor and the girl working behind the counter scooped up two of the smallest single scoops I've ever seen. No joke, I honestly could have scooped up more in a single scoop with a kitchen spoon. The kids were like "seriously?". Carry on to my order, a single scoop warm cookie sunday. Not only was it a tiny scoop, the cookies were hard, dry and not warmed. Kinda defeats the purpose of calling it a warm cookie Sunday doesn't it? Not sure if it's this location's policy to be cheap with scoop sizes or if the girl just sucked but we will probably drive further and go to Cold Stone in the future.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
