Terrible experience. I was charged for things I did not receive, and catching the error myself was the only reason it was addressed. Getting my money back turned into a ridiculous process that required multiple employees and far more time than it ever should have. Being overcharged and then watching five people struggle to issue a basic refund is beyond frustrating. This should never happen. I left feeling irritated, inconvenienced, and with zero confidence in this location.
