She told me the only coffee they have is extra large and the cups behind the table behind the service counter. I should say there was a lot of them so I have no idea why she would say this, and I wasn’t going to sit and argue about it so When I come back to this, Dunkin’ Donuts, don’t think so

The wait time is ridiculous — it takes forever just to get a simple cup of coffee. The staff shows zero urgency, spending their time talking and laughing with each other while customers stand in line waiting. The attitude is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a business, not a hangout spot. I have no issue with different cultures or languages, but it feels disrespectful when employees openly speak a foreign language in front of customers while ignoring them. As a customer, you’re left wondering if they’re talking about you or simply not taking their job seriously. Paying customers deserve basic courtesy and efficient service, and this location delivers neither. When there are few other options nearby, this kind of treatment is especially frustrating. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this problem, because this level of service is unacceptable.

They rang up the wrong drink, and didn't have what it took to make the correct drink. When they tried to process the refund, they charged me another $5. He then had to go get a manager as he didn't actually know what he was doing.
