- KCKevin Carter1 day ago1.0Slowest service ever. A fellow patron said they’re all high on dope. I don’t know if that’s true or not but they all moved in slow motion. My wife and I just ordered two drinks one an iced tea and the other just an iced coffee. People that ordered after us got food orders before us. While waiting, we overheard another customer say that she ordered her drink with oat milk and received it with regular milk. When she said something to the server, the server said “I no see it up there“ (on order screen). Then the guest said I told the girl directly. (It was not a kiosk order.) Would you make it again for me, please? Reluctantly I guess she did so. Also when you pay with a credit card, the default starting tip is three dollars But in order to put zero you have to put in other and then select zero. They should pay me for the service rather than me tipping them. Atrocious and I am so disappointed that the state signed a 30 year contract with Duncan and when Starbucks was here, it was much better.

Les pregunté repetidamente, y ni siquiera sabían dónde estaba mi orden .Al final, resultó que la orden estaba justo enfrente de ellos, ¡solo que no me la estaban dando! Muy mal servicio.
