  Melanie Watson (blonde frizzy hair with black glasses) is very rude every time I get a cup of coffee. I’ve complained about her attitude before,she seemed to disappear and now back with even more attitude than before. Does not need to be in customer service AT ALL

  I gave two stars because some of the ladies and men here are great. However, Maggie is rude, miserable and probably should not be working with the public. I come to this Dunkin everyday. At minimum twice a day. And every time this woman is working I get treated like I am not a paying customer. She’s awful. I don’t know how she is still employed. She doesn’t issue receipts, she shoves your food and drinks at you and god forbid you order more than one thing.
