  Unacceptable food, untrained, frazzled staff, food was atrocious. Overall bad. Even the smoothies tasted off which they usually aren't bad at this location, but for this much trouble we're going to a different location from now on.

  Very disappointing experience with my pickup order this morning. I have ordered this smoothie several times before and it has always tasted great, but today it had a very strong vegetable taste like kale or spinach, which is not part of the smoothie I ordered. I called the store just to let them know something seemed off. I was not asking for anything free. I simply wanted to report the issue and have the correct smoothie made. The employee told me they made the smoothie themself and they didn’t add veggies. There was no attempt to help. The interaction made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I politely ended the call and wished them a nice day. I will take the loss on this one, but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing smoothies here again. At the end of the day I paid for a smoothie I did not drink.

  I've been a regular customer of this location since it's opening a few years ago. I routinely get the Buffalo Chicken wrap, which at this point has gone through a couple of price increases, however the wrap just keeps getting smaller. When I say small, I am able to eat it in 7-8 bites. Would you pay $9.39 for this? I no longer will. When the assistant manager is there, she makes sure it is made with good value as I have voiced my concerns previously, however when she is not, it is the size of a typical McDonalds snack wrap. Terrible value for the money, and I'm not going back at this point.

  Needs to listen better to the customer i had to repeat myself 5 times to pickup an order that was not ready they need to qork on there customer service skills and need to be retrained on liaten when a customer is talking it was they working on the line at 10:30 am orderstill not ready waited 10 minutes did not have food ready tried just handed me the drink no food needs to check full order before handing out one thing retrained needed and the front door needs to be fixed only one side qorks

  they made my smoothie exactly perfectly and my online order was ready on time!! thank you!! p.s. i recommend kiwi quencher + add white chocolate!!
