  Placed an order before breakfast time for pickup which breakfast started at 4am and I was at the restaurant 10 mins before and had ordered my food before I got there and they refused to make my order saying that their closed but their open 24 hrs . 0 stars honestly

  Apparently 10 minutes is equivalent to "less than 2 minutes." Got pulled and waited 10 minutes (was told it would be less than 2 minutes) before my husband had to go in, just to end up with freezing cold burritos.

  This used to be my actual favorite McDonald’s, but the service has declined significantly over the last few years. There is almost never anyone available at the counter. Basic items like ketchup are consistently empty, and there’s no staff around to refill them. Orders are brought out by calling a number, but staff immediately disappear back into the kitchen before the order is complete (missing drink cups, etc.). Once that happens, it’s very difficult to get anyone’s attention. You end up waiting at the counter while your food gets cold. When you do try to ask for help, you’re told to “wait at the counter,” but no one comes back in a reasonable amount of time. The whole point of McDonald’s is fast, consistent service. If I have to stand around for 5–8 minutes just to get ketchup or a missing item, that defeats the purpose. Why should we even bother going there?? This location needs to improve basic front-of-house service and staffing. Until that’s addressed, I recommend skipping. I’ll remove this negative review when management fixes the situation so if you’re reading this (you are) it’s still bad.

  3/23/26. Stopped by McDonald’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience at the front counter. The young high schooler working there seemed distracted and uninterested. The order was taken incorrectly, and there wasn’t much effort to fix the issue or communicate clearly. I understand everyone is learning, especially at that age, but a little more focus and basic customer service would go a long way. Hoping this was just an off day and things improve moving forward. You know who u are. Signed. Ms finger nails.

  Dirtiest McDonalds I’ve ever been too. The manager talks shit behind the counter about a customers. Most incompetent people I’ve ever seen working behind a counter in my life. I would never bring my family or kids here. Never seen such a disrespectful crew including a manager in my life . Food was ice cold . Most embarrassing McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. These people are sooo sad and bitter to be working here and it shows if you don’t like your job it’s simple QUIT yall are miserable and need serious life evaluation . Praying for you hopeless creatures that have no self dignity and no self respect to run a McDonald’s like that you should be ashamed. And to the GM & District managers should really evaluate who they have representing their store cause the people are what make the place and every single person from the manager to the employee to the food is a disgrace and it’s sad
